Referral Program Rules

Effective September 3, 2026

Tejera Works customers can invite another independently owned business to try Tejera Works. These rules keep rewards clear, fair, and protected from misuse.

Reward for the invited business

An eligible new business that starts through a valid referral link receives 50% off its first paid monthly subscription period. The discount does not apply to earlier purchases, taxes, outside services, or cash withdrawals.

Reward for the referring business

After the invited business successfully pays two consecutive monthly Tejera Works subscription invoices, the referring business earns a one-time discount of up to 100% on its next eligible monthly subscription invoice. The reward has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for a refund.

Eligibility

Both businesses must have separate, verified Tejera Works company accounts in good standing. A business cannot refer itself. Owners, employees, related accounts, duplicate companies, or accounts created mainly to obtain a reward are not eligible. Each new business may use only one referral.

Payments, cancellations, and disputes

Trial periods and zero-dollar invoices do not count as paid months. Refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or charged-back payments do not qualify. If a qualifying payment is later reversed, Tejera Works may cancel or reverse an unused reward. An invited business must pay two consecutive months before the referring business earns a reward.

Using rewards

Rewards apply only to Tejera Works subscription charges processed through the participating account. Rewards cannot be combined when Stripe or another active promotion prevents safe application. In that situation, the reward remains pending for later review.

Program changes

Tejera Works may pause, modify, or end the program to prevent abuse or respond to business, legal, or payment-processing requirements. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove a reward already granted to an eligible account unless fraud, reversal, or an error is discovered.
