Electronic Records & Signature Consent

This disclosure explains how Tejera Works provides electronic subscription records and supports electronic estimates, agreements, and signatures. Consent to electronic records is voluntary where applicable law gives you a choice.

Records covered

Your consent covers Tejera Works account, subscription, policy, billing, cancellation, support, and legally required service notices provided electronically. When a subscribing company sends a customer estimate or agreement through Tejera Works, that company—not Tejera Works—is responsible for the agreement’s terms and for any additional disclosure or consent required for its customer.

How records are delivered

Records may be displayed in the website or app, made available for download or printing, or sent to the email address or phone number connected to the transaction. Keep your contact information current and save copies of records your business or household needs.

Hardware and software

You need a device with internet access, a current web browser that supports secure connections, an active email account when email delivery is used, and software capable of displaying or printing HTML and PDF records. You also need enough storage or access to a printer to retain a copy.

Paper copies

You may print or save records from your browser. For a Tejera Works subscription record, email us to request an available paper copy and ask whether any mailing charge applies. For a customer estimate or service agreement, contact the subscribing company shown on that record.

Withdrawing consent or updating contact details

You may withdraw consent for future Tejera Works electronic records or update your electronic contact information by emailing tejeraworks@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not invalidate records or signatures completed before it takes effect. If electronic delivery is required to provide an online-only service, withdrawal may require closing the account after applicable records are provided.
