Accessibility Statement

Tejera Works LLC wants its website and business software to be usable by people with disabilities. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and improving accessibility as the product develops.

What we are doing

Our accessibility work includes keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, meaningful headings and labels, readable color contrast, text resizing and reflow, clear form instructions and errors, alternative text for meaningful images, large touch targets, and testing with automated and manual methods.

Using Tejera Works

Tejera Works is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. You should be able to zoom the page, navigate interactive controls with a keyboard, and use supported screen readers without losing essential information or functionality.

Known limitations

Some newer or third-party features may not yet provide the experience we intend. Connected services, payment pages, maps, uploaded customer content, and documents created outside Tejera Works may be controlled by their respective providers. We continue to test and correct barriers within our control.

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from using Tejera Works, email tejeraworks@gmail.com. Please tell us which page or feature caused the problem and what device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable sharing it.

We will acknowledge accessibility reports and work to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while we investigate the issue.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is part of our continuing product review. This statement does not claim that every feature is free of barriers; it explains our goal, current work, and how to request assistance.
