Trust and safety

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects Tejera Works, subscribing companies, workers, and customers. It applies to every account, company workspace, public request form, integration, file, message, and feature used with the service.

Use the service honestly

Provide accurate account and company information, use your own identity and authorized company details, and keep individual login credentials private. Do not impersonate another person or business, evade account screening or subscription limits, or misrepresent your relationship with a customer, worker, lead source, or marketplace.

Respect company boundaries

Do not attempt to view, copy, test, discover, scrape, export, or interfere with another company’s workspace or data. Do not share customer leads or records outside the company that collected them unless the company has lawful authority and the disclosure is permitted by its agreements and privacy obligations.

No lead theft or deceptive resale

Do not use Tejera Works to harvest, broker, resell, redirect, or compete for another company’s leads without that company’s express authorization. A lead marketplace or lead-generation business must accurately identify itself and may not obtain access through a misleading contractor identity.

No fraud or harmful activity

Do not submit fake leads, payment scams, overpayment or refund schemes, deceptive reviews, malicious files, harmful code, credential attacks, denial-of-service activity, or instructions intended to compromise a person, device, account, payment, or network.

Lawful communications and content

Do not send unlawful, deceptive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or infringing content. Obtain required permission before contacting a person, honor opt-out requests, and follow applicable email, text-message, calling, privacy, employment, advertising, and consumer-protection laws.

Safety screening and enforcement

Tejera Works may use automated indicators and human review to identify suspected fraud, abuse, marketplace affiliation, disposable contact details, or security risk. A flag is a reason to review—not proof of wrongdoing. We may slow repeated requests, apply a temporary restriction, require additional verification, suspend access, investigate, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or enforce our agreements. Manual restrictions are reviewed using masked identifiers and may be appealed. We may preserve or disclose relevant records when permitted or required by law.

Report or appeal

Company owners should independently verify suspicious customers before accepting payment or beginning work. To report abuse or ask us to review an account restriction, email tejeraworks@gmail.com with the company name and a brief explanation. Never send passwords, complete card numbers, bank-account numbers, or security codes.
